STE is an inventive business, willing to tackle even the most unusual of requests. STE is quick and efficient in responding to customer demands that cannot be realised by means of the standard facilities and services on offer. By virtue of their expertise (materials, chemicals, situational possibilities and restrictions) STE staff always manage to find appropriate solutions for customers.

STE and its associated partners meet the highest standards that the market can impose upon them, each within their own specialism. The organisation itself and all employees involved are duly certified and qualified as required.

Ambitions

STE is open to enhanced collaboration with specialist service providers. It is essential that the ethos of such businesses fits in with the STE philosophy, in which service is key.

Being a new market player, STE is focused first and foremost on securing and enhancing the location they offer, featuring the berthing facility and indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as comprehensive complementary service provision.

The business is investing in the modernisation of the location, premises and facilities so that all conceivable service demands can continue to be met in future.

Origin

The STE organisation was set up in November 2017. Driven by a shared entrepreneurial spirit and an ambition to serve customers better, Gerd Jan van de Pol, Dennis van Benschop and Ton van de Waardt jointly acquired the location.

We are ambitious, and we have committed ourselves to the long term. We are investing in this location, and in our own presence. We plan to share our vision with the market and we believe this will lead to further fruitful partnerships – collaborations with our customers and possibly with more partners as well. Service with a capital “S”; that is our true commitment’.

A 210m mooring jetty, including:

  • all required facilities, such as indoor and outdoor cranes, steam, etc.
  • additional indoor and outdoor space for storage and transit

For whom

STE rents out the berthing facility plus the adjacent indoor and outdoor spaces and operates as the contact point for all conceivable services.

STE is available for, among others, businesses active in trade, industry, logistics and the shipping industry.
